I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town square. The room I stayed in, room #23, was lovely with a comfortable king size bed and a nice shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Manuel who helped us find bike rentals and gave us directions to the Cenotes. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh juice and tasty local fare. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Valladolid.

The staff was pleasant and exceptional, gave advice about the city. There were climate control, a safe and multi-channel television in the rooms, which made them spotless and airy. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was spacious, had good breakfast!
